GET INVOLVED

Japan Matsuri started in London in 2009 and has been a yearly fixture in London’s events calendar ever since.
The festival is the largest Japanese event in England,
and since 2012 it has welcomed a growing number of international visitors to Trafalgar Square to experience and learn about Japan.
The event is run by the Japan Matsuri Management Committee and organised with the help of enthusiastic and able volunteers who are interested in Japanese culture.
